ShopLens Privacy Policy

ShopLens is operated by MINXUE XU (Mike) (“we”). Contact: X17661959@gmail.com. This policy describes the ShopLens Chrome extension, not external storefronts or GuardPanda’s website.
1. Information processed
When you open the extension, it temporarily accesses the active storefront’s URL and domain, public theme metadata, page elements and resource URLs used to detect app traces, and public collection/product information such as product names, URLs, images and prices. Analysis reports also include the scan time. These data are processed in your browser for the visible store analysis feature. The extension does not monitor unrelated tabs or maintain a background browsing history.
2. Storage and retention
Your language preference is stored in the extension’s local browser storage until changed, cleared or removed with the extension. Analysis reports are not saved to developer servers. The popup report is held in memory; closing it ends the report view. Analysis code and its result can remain transiently in the inspected page’s isolated script context until that page is reloaded or closed. If you export a report, the resulting JSON file remains on your device until you delete it.
3. Network requests and third parties
The extension requests public collection and product data from the storefront you analyze. Product images are requested from their original image hosts. These requests expose ordinary network information, such as your IP address, to the destination server. Same-origin storefront requests may use the browser’s existing session, but the extension does not read or store cookies, passwords or authentication tokens. Storefronts and image providers handle requests under their own policies.
The popup contains a promotional GuardPanda link intended to help merchants find chargeback assistance. Opening it is optional. It opens https://www.myguardpanda.com/ and does not send the analysis report or add affiliate tracking parameters. Once you visit the website, that website’s own privacy policy applies.
4. Use and sharing
We use extension-accessed data only to provide the user-facing storefront analysis and export features. The extension does not upload reports to us, sell user data, share reports with GuardPanda, run third-party analytics, or use data for personalized, retargeted or interest-based advertising. If you voluntarily email support, we receive the message, your email address and any attachments you choose to send, and use them to respond and troubleshoot through our email provider. Avoid sending passwords, tokens or confidential customer records. We retain support correspondence only as necessary for support or applicable recordkeeping requirements.
5. Permissions and local control
activeTab provides temporary access to the current tab after your action. scripting runs the extension’s locally bundled analysis code. No remotely hosted JavaScript is executed. You can change language preferences, delete exported files, clear extension storage or uninstall the extension. To clear page-side transient analysis data, reload or close the analyzed tab. Use the support address to request assistance or deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable retention obligations.
6. Limited use
ShopLens’s use of information obtained through Chrome extension APIs complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information is used only for the stated analysis features and is not monetized as user data.

当你打开插件时，插件临时读取当前店铺的网页地址和域名、公开主题资料、用于应用识别的页面元素与资源地址，以及公开集合和产品信息（如名称、链接、图片与价格）。分析报告还包含分析时间。这些信息在你的浏览器中处理，用于展示店铺分析结果。插件不监控无关标签页，也不在后台建立浏览历史记录。
2. 存储与保留
语言偏好保存在插件本地浏览器存储中，直至你修改、清除或卸载插件。分析报告不保存在开发者服务器上。弹窗中的报告保存在内存中，关闭弹窗后结束该报告视图。分析 代码和结果可能短暂保留在被分析页面的隔离脚本环境中，直至该页面刷新或关闭。如果你选择导出，JSON 文件保存在你的设备上，由你自行删除。
3. 网络请求与第三方
插件向你正在分析的店铺请求公开集合及产品信息，向图片原站请求产品图片。目标服务器可能收到 IP 地址等常规网络请求信息。同源店铺请求可能使用浏览器已有会话，但插件不读取或存储 Cookie、密码或身份验证令牌。店铺和图片提供商按照其自身政策处理请求。
弹窗中包含 GuardPanda 推广链接，帮助商家寻找拒付处理服务。打开该网站完全自愿，链接指向 https://www.myguardpanda.com/，不携带店铺分析报告，也不添加联盟追踪参数。访问后适用该网站自身的隐私政策。
4. 使用与共享
插件读取的数据仅用于用户可见的店铺分析和导出功能。插件不向我们上传分析报告，不出售用户数据，不与 GuardPanda 共享报告，不使用第三方分析埋点，也不将数据用于个性化、再营销或基于兴趣的推广。如果你主动发送支持邮件，我们及邮件服务商会收到你的邮箱、消息内容和自愿附带的文件，并用于回复和排查问题。请勿发送密码、令牌或机密客户记录。支持邮件仅在提供支持或适用的记录保留要求所需期间保留。
5. 权限与本地控制
activeTab 在你操作插件后提供当前标签页的临时访问权限；scripting 用于执行本地打包的分析代码。插件不执行远程托管 JavaScript。你可以切换语言、删除导出文件、清除插件存储或卸载插件；刷新或关闭被分析页面可清除页面侧的临时分析数据。如需协助或申请删除支持通信，请联系支持邮箱；适用的保留义务可能影响删除范围。
6. 有限使用
ShopLens 对 Chrome 插件 API 获取信息的使用遵守 Chrome Web Store 用户数据政策，包括有限使用要求。相关信息仅用于上述分析功能，不作为用户数据进行商业化出售。
7. 更新与联系
