Terms of Service

1. Operator and eligibility

The service is provided by 徐敏学 (Minxue Xu), based in China. Contact: x17661959@gmail.com. You must be legally able and authorized to enter into these terms and to access the Shopify store and customer information you connect.

2. What the service does

GuardPanda organizes authorized order, payment, shipment, policy, and communication records and generates a PDF evidence package for merchant review. It does not provide legal advice, represent you before a bank, decide disputes, process payments or refunds, or automatically submit evidence to a payment provider.

You remain responsible for dispute deadlines, the truth and relevance of every statement, the final package, any translation, and submission to the correct provider. Exporting a PDF does not mean it has been submitted. Banks and payment providers make their own decisions; no result or recovery amount is guaranteed.

3. Free launch and future pricing

The launch version is free to use. GuardPanda currently charges no subscription, usage fee, or share of recovered funds. If paid features are introduced, we will disclose the price and applicable terms in advance and obtain the merchant’s approval through Shopify’s supported billing mechanism before any charge. Continued use of this free version does not authorize future charges.

4. Merchant responsibilities

Provide only information you have permission and a lawful basis to use. Give customers any required privacy notices and obtain any necessary consents. Do not upload full payment-card numbers, actual card security codes, account credentials, or unrelated sensitive data.

Do not fabricate evidence, conceal relevant facts, impersonate a customer, misrepresent internal staff comments as customer statements, or use the service for unlawful or deceptive claims. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or bypass store isolation.

5. Source limitations and review

A carrier’s delivered status does not necessarily establish who received a parcel. AVS/CVV results do not independently prove cardholder authorization. IP locations are estimates. A current product or policy snapshot does not prove what was displayed at an earlier checkout. Missing information must not be presented as a successful check.

Source changes can invalidate a previous evidence approval. Review the latest revision before export and retain any originals you need. Dashboard recovery and win-rate figures depend on outcomes recorded by merchants and are not bank-verified results.

6. Content, privacy, and service providers

You retain your rights in your uploaded content. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, copy, and display that content to provide the service and follow your instructions. GuardPanda retains its rights in its application code, design, and branding.

Our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Terms describe data handling and service providers. Shopify, carriers, 17TRACK, and IPinfo may impose their own service limitations. Data availability and synchronization depend on permissions, upstream services, and network availability.

7. Availability and changes

We may update, maintain, or change the service and will communicate material changes where appropriate. The service may be interrupted or contain errors. Keep independent copies of records and do not rely on the app as your only deadline reminder or evidence archive. Support is available by email; there is no guaranteed response-time or uptime service level in the free launch version.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using GuardPanda and uninstall it in Shopify. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, a security risk, or a material breach of these terms. We will give notice where practicable and appropriate. Retention and deletion after termination are explained in the Privacy Policy.

9. Responsibility and mandatory rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, complete source data, or a successful dispute outcome. You are responsible for the business decisions and submissions you make using it. Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory data-protection obligations.

10. Questions and updates

Contact x17661959@gmail.com to discuss a complaint or resolve a service issue. Applicable mandatory laws and available statutory remedies continue to apply. If we materially change these terms, we will publish the revised terms and provide notice as required. We will obtain additional agreement where required by law or before introducing charges.
